Ten weeks ago my struggle to workout all changed when I met Kayla Itsines. Not literally, but it feels like it. She has revolutionized my fitness routine.
This 23 year old from Adelaide, Australia began her fitness journey in 2008. She took a personal training course and then worked as a personal trainer.
She kept hearing the same complaints from her clients about inner thighs, abs and arms. She decided to do research to create her own set of exercises that targeted these areas. Before she knew it, Kayla developed workouts and cardio techniques, mixed with nutrition planning that achieved a certain result: bikini body confidence.
Kayla soon started her own company with a goal to help women achieve a bikini body in an easy and healthy way.
