Dior is collaborating with Doug Abraham aka @BessyNYC4 for an artsy mash up of mixed media, short videos representing the convergence of classic and the modern fashion house. With the release of its 2016 must-have accessory, Dior Split sunglasses, the first of its kind in the classic aviator; its sleek and mirrored perfection. Known for high fashion, glamorous celebrity clientele and craftsmanship, Dior is also making the move towards sustainability.
As a luxury label, the brand is about exclusivity – Dior made the move in 2015 with its beauty line to ensure that its practices and ingredients are aligned with environmental stability. And, it’s no doubt Dior is upping its cool factor with recent partnerships with artist such as Rihanna, A$AP Rocky and model Bella Hadid. While the fashion house is aligning itself with a cool kid set, it’s no surprise that the direction would lead to visionary Doug Abraham who mixes fashion campaigns and pop culture photographs. His assortment of eye-catching images has already fascinated over 140,000 followers.
