Fashion & Technology Today

If you love both online and in-store shopping, read fashion and technology today to find out what new store lets you online shop in store! Also, if you’re an athlete or you just love working out, you’ll want to look into automatic laces and a wearable that monitors your lactate levels.

A tech-y shopping experience

In Rebecca Minkoff‘s new store shoppers can use a touchscreen to order a beverage, browse what’s in store and select what they want. Instead of finding everything themselves, the items are automatically delivered to a dressing room so they can try it all on. (AM New York)

Automatic laces

Instead of wasting time tying your laces, Powerlace shoes use an internal lever. Based on how much pressure the wearer places on the lever will tighten or loosen the shoes. (Mashable)

Know your lactate levels

BSXinsight has designed a wearable that measures your lactate levels. When connected to an app, athletes will know when they are pushing themselves too hard. (Trend Hunter)
